Sadly I missed last week’s ‘Living Arrows’. I’ve never missed one before! It wasn’t deliberate, but I feel like it is good time to say that I’ve decided to just include the two younger boys in this little weekly update. Win is getting a little older, and it feels natural to involve him less. It’s something that I’ve been thinking about since he started school. He’ll still be around – just not as much, and not every week. I feel good about it.
R: Ru loves singing and I love listening to his little voice. Often he sings himself to sleep at night time, or asks to sing to O (like in the photo above). My favourite is when he sings ‘There was an old lady who swallowed a fly’. He gets the order mixed up.
O: O is on the move the last few days. A wobbly, slow crawl, but he gets there in the end. Time is going a little too fast.

Awww Ru sounds so darling! Well done O on being mobile. Xx #livingarrows
Thank you xx
Aww he’s crawling already! I totally understand why you’re keeping Win out of it a bit, I’m doing a bit less about Libby on my blog now she’s started school too and being selective about what I say and which photos I post.

My other two were really slow to crawl and walk, so it’s a bit of a novelty to have a speedy crawler! Now I have to keep me eyes peeled a bit more. I absolutely agree with you xx
It’s certainly hard to know what to include or not as they get older. Thankfully N is still ok with it at the moment, although there’s more about things I do without him (because he permanently prefers to be on the farm than out with me #livingarrows
I agree! Getting the balance right takes careful consideration xx
They are so cute Esther! I think that sounds like a great plan as Win is at school. 🙂 Missing you! angela xx
Thanks Ang. Miss you too xx
That’s so cute. I have a little singer here too. She always gets the words mixed up but I love listening to her. x #livingarrows
Lovely Pat isn’t it? x
They’re such gorgeous little buddies! Ahh mine love singing to themselves at night time too – it’s the best thing to listen to 🙂 x #livingarrows
Thank you! and how lovely that yours do that too! So sweet! xx
Really sweet photo of the two of them. The time really does fly doesn’t it!x #LivingArrows
Agreed! x
This makes me slightly sad. Not at Win being absent but just the fact they are growing up, the natural progression and although this is right it feels like the end of an era. I hope that makes sense – and I completely understand. O looks like a proper little boy here! x
I know exactly what you mean, and what a lovely thing to say. It does go incredibly fast! O will be one before I know it! x
Such a sweet photo, I love how O is looking right at the camera. I don’t include both my girls in each Living Arrows – I make it up as I go along depending what we’ve been up to. Really hard to get photos of the big one in decent light at the moment as she’s not around during the day!
Light is a nightmare at the moment!!! x
