I am such a lover of the changing seasons, and I everything around me is starting to feel so cosy and beautiful. I am getting so excited to start buying Christmas presents! Before we leave the house we all seem to gather at the bottom of the stairs, where we frantically put shoes on and brush teeth.

W: Win learns sign language at school, and recently he has started making up his own signs and talking to Ru in a slow voice when he explains things. It’s very amusing.

R: It’s really the simple things that I’ve really enjoyed doing with Ru this week. In so many ways it feels like going back in time to when I just had 2 year old Winston, and baby Rufus. Cooking, going swimming, taking him to football, unpacking the shopping and playing games together. It’s like a blast from the past.

O: O has been really unsettled all week, which has made me realise that I take his happy, easy nature for granted.

That photo is just too adorable! I love that Win learns sign language at school, wouldn’t it be brilliant if all children learnt it?

Absolutely! I hope he continues to enjoy it and won’t take it for granted. He should be at his current school until he’s 10, so it is a decent amount of time to get fluent! xx
