Over the last few years, interior design rules have been broken, and I think it’s liberating. Mixing styles, textures, finishes, decades, vintage and brand spanking new is everywhere, and it works – beautifully. Naturally I gravitate towards items that have a history. I love imagining who it belonged to before me, and embrace the wear and tear, but lately I have found myself admiring far more modern pieces.
Last week I was introduced to the stunning Danetti website, and wanted to share my favourite picks with you. Danetti strive to create simple pieces that are exclusive, in a curated range of colours and finishes, but of course, functionality is key. Products that are perfect for families, creating memories, comfort, the everyday and the unusual.
I think you’ll be surprised by how versatile, unique, beautiful and reasonably priced their items are – just take a look:
Grey high gloss table – £159 – for me the heritage style legs make this so visually appealing.
Eames rocking chair – £55 – Eames chairs are really having a moment, and I adore the rocking chair version.
Oak and white extending table – £349 / Chair – £45 – Oak is my favourite wood and combining it with white makes it sleek and contemporary. Available in six other colours too. This is my favourite piece – it’s so simple and fresh.
Scandi Natural Oak Desk – £199 – Shallower than your usual desk, making it perfect for a number of purposes and locations. Oak with a subtle white wash, and the shape is super stylish.
Round dining table – £149 / Eames chair – £49 – I love the contrast in this, and with twelve Eames chair colours available, there is one to suit every colour scheme.
Grey, oak and white sideboard – £499 – I love the mix of finishes in this sideboard, and I think this is what makes it so versatile, along with its perfectly considered size.
Oak bar stool – £74 – No surprise that I love these. I love the curve of the wood, the construction, and the softness of the overall shape. Modern, yet still maintaining a rustic element.
The clever styling makes it so easy for me imagine the pieces in a variety of settings, combined with vintage accessories and the uber modern. The more I’ve scoured the website, the more I have realised that Danetti really do have families, style and comfort at the heart of everything – the curved edges, the proportions and the shape. It’s all in the detail, and to me, the effect is remarkable. It’s making me want to move house, and I’d love to know which piece you loved.
Have you ever thought of using an app to help with your interior design? From 5D planning, to choosing the perfect piece of furniture, to the right colour and lay out. Here are Danetti’s favourite tried and tested apps, all designed to make updating and arranging your home, much easier.

I love the Eames rocking chair – it’s a design that will never get old.
Oh I agree and suddenly I find myself drawn to modern looks too. We have recently changed our very traditional dining table and chairs for `Eames` style and I love it. A great post xx #HomeEtc
Lovely furniture and good prices too. The dining table is also my favourite, but I am eyeing up the desk too 🙂 Just been to the Danetti site, and what a nice blog they have too, have bookmarked 🙂
I adore Eames style chairs – the rocking chair and the dining chairs are fab. These are pretty reasonably priced too which is a bonus!
We’ve recently bought Eames chairs and they’re fab – they look good and are comfortable too. I love how rules are there to be broken 🙂 #homeetc
I’m undecided on Eames chairs. I like them, but not for my own house. The high gloss grey table is fab though.

I love everything you have chosen! I’d absolutely love to have a legit Eames rocking chair, I’m not really a fan of these brands totally ripping off design classics. Sadly the £380 price tag is a little to high to justify the real mccoy though!

I am loving this brand and shall be checking some of the stuff out. I also love the chair and the stalls and well quite a lot of it actually. Thanks for drawing my attention to Danetti. #homeetc
Ooh some lovely items here- agree with some others that Eames chairs will never get old! I have the white rocking one and it’s such a great, classic addition to a home. Love that first dining table too, more unusual than other ones that are currently about 🙂 #homeetc
I love ALL of these!! Especially the RAR rocker lookalike…I nearly bought myself an original one as a present for having the twins — to use as a nursing chair — but decided that it was such an extravagant purchase. I LOVE the fact that this version looks the part but is a fraction of the cost — fab 🙂 Thanks so much for linking up pet! Caro #HomeEtc
