“A portrait of my boys, once a week, every week, in 2016″.
My mum invited the boys to stay for the weekend because she had lots of fun things planned for the grandchildren over Easter, and I had to be in hospital lots to be monitored. It may sound ridiculous, but I really struggled being away from them – I love seeing them play with their cousins and having fun, plus I think I had too much time to think. My mum let them fall to sleep in her bed, and of course Grandma lets you take an ice cream tub to bed if that’s what takes your fancy!
W: Win was so excited not to be at nursery this week.
R: Whenever I am listening to music in the car Ru loves to share his opinion: “This is not a good song, this is a bad song.” Safe to say – he doesn’t approve of my taste in music.

Lovely photo. I share a photo of my two together on the blog every week too, I’ve been doing it since the week my youngest was born and it’s a lovely thing to look back on. I know how you feel about being away from them too, it’s a horrible feeling. Hope you’re ok.

Absolutely! I didn’t realise how wonderful it would be to look back on at the end of the year xx
How cute do they look?! The kids get into our bed every morning and it’s my favourite time of the day, I just love it. I hope everything’s ok with the monitoring x
Thanks Donna! Everything was fine in the end! It’s my favourite too – until they start fighting! Haha xx
Esther they were brilliant and had a wonderful time. It was so great to chat to Ru lots and bond with him, he let me help him a lot and held my hand 🙂 I loved it! They were all as mad as a box of frogs 24/7 but loved being together as always. This is a gorgeous pic x
Haha…once you get Ru chatting, he doesn’t stop! I’m sad I missed out on the weekend though…even though I had to have a baby! LOL xx
