“A portrait of my boys, once a week, every week, in 2015″.
When we were booking our weekend away to Krakòw I misunderstood Jared and booked the flight landing at 11:35pm. I was supposed to book the one landing around 6pm – whoops. I have no idea how Jared managed the three hour drive from Stansted last night. I was desperately trying to stay awake and talk to him, but it was so hard and I was trying to pretend my head wasn’t bobbing.
Before we got to my parents house we’d already arranged who would be sleeping where – I was going to pluck Ru from his cot and have him with me upstairs, and Jared was going to join Winston…and at 3 am we rushed upstairs and did exactly that.
The first thing Ru said to me when he woke up was: “Spell, bus” (!), followed by Winston and Jared joining us upstairs. This is the two boys checking that our car made it home from the airport safely – which thankfully it did.

I love this photo – the grainy homeliness of it. It must have been so lovely to be there next to your boys again. Love the nappy bum! x
Thanks Donna! Early in the morning of course 😉 xx
