We spent last Friday at the pumpkin patch close to our home – it was so muddy. So unbelievably muddy! I almost didn’t wear wellies, but I wouldn’t have survived otherwise. Win splatted in the mud early on, but thankfully he didn’t seem to mind, which I was really surprised about. They piled them up high in the wheelbarrow and then slowly decreased until we were left with three – two orange and one blue.
The whole week has been very laid back, and I finally got around to writing a post revealing the sex of our third baby. I am so excited! Anybody else love poached eggs on toast? I’ve had a thing for them this week. So tasty.
Read
Gurgle magazine and ELLE magazine. My ‘excuse’ is that I’ve only been in one night this week.
Watched
Jared and I went to see ‘The Bodyguard’ at the theatre on Monday night, and we managed to eat out beforehand too which was lovely. One of my sisters came to stay over which was so kind of her. The performance featured Alexandra Burke and she was totally incredible. The finale ‘I Will Always Love You’ was really spectacular. What a job!
Heard
Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston most of the week! It’s been a week of power ballards.
Made
A few bits and bobs this week including decorating some fruit using egg whites and sugar to make them look festive. It was very sticky, and then I sprayed them gold. I also made a few Christmas purchases!
Wore
A few weeks ago I managed to find my favourite studded leather boots on eBay to replace my ones that are on their way out. So, so pleased. Brand new and only £13! I live in them.
and lastly…
We’re heading to London for Thursday and Friday next week and I can’t wait. We’ve booked accommodation through Air bnb, which always makes it that little bit more exciting (and intriguing). I predict that I will be spending a good few hours in Anthropologie!
Have a great weekend!
