42/52

IMAG0953“A portrait of my boys, once a week, every week, in 2015″.

I just feel the need to point out that it is Week 42, which means there are only 10 weeks left of 2015. Don’t you think that’s madness? I remember the turn of the millennium so vividly, and I can’t believe it was almost 16 years ago. I’m not getting any younger, that’s for sure.

On Saturday we spent a lovely morning and early afternoon at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park with some friends. We’ve not been as a family before. There is so much space and the landscape is very untouched – aside from the sculptures around every corner. The boys loved playing by the river and exploring the many hiding places.

It is lovely there for walks YES – I like the array of scenery from woods and rivers to countryside and stone bridges! Did you find the fairy trees? last Time I went with the kids, I tried to but couldn’t 🙁 do they still have the poppy thing there?

So gorgeous. We didn’t find any fairy trees and the poppy wave is still there! We went with Gemma, Dave and her boys so the six of them were just all over the place! 🙂 xx
