GIVEAWAY – Bach Everyday Essence Kit

Essence-6

Nelsons have recently launched a new Bach Everyday Essence Kit,containing six of the top Bach Original Flower Remedies, all in a handy leather wallet. It really is stunning, and I would rather like to keep it for myself.

Bach Original Flower Remedies balance your emotions and allow you to fulfil your potential with the system of 38 flower essences for emotional well being. They are the original flower essences, produced according to Dr Bach’s traditional methods, which date back over 75 years. Many of the plants used originate from the Bach Centre garden in rural Oxfordshire and the essences are suitable for all the family. What’s not to love?

Here is what the six included in the kit could help you with:

Olive – You feel tired after making an effort.

White Chestnut – You struggle to switch off or have repetitive thoughts.

Walnut – You find it hard to adapt to change.

Mimulus – You are shy or feel worried about something.

Rock Rose – You are overwhelmed by fear or terror.

Aspen – You feel fearful/unsettled but cant say why.

Available from www.nelsonspharmacy.com, and www.amazon.co.uk. For more information, visit www.bachremedies.co.uk.

The White Chestnut is what appeals to me the most, I think that’s what keeps me awake the most, thinking things over when I’m laid in bed trying to get to sleep x

What I find most stressful is when I haven’t had enough sleep and really tired the next day, everything appears 100 x worse than what it really is x
